Baseline Climate Action Planning Survey for Review and Discussion

This is the draft survey I put together for Wanda to use at the Community Meeting on Friday. I shared her in with editing privileges so she can add or modify questions. We can set one up for Parramore once we get past this Friday's meeting.

The goals of the survey are: 

• to capture community priorities specific to our ACCC Climate Action Planning process
• to determine the priorities we will research in advance, and discuss at Roundtable 1
• to capture contact information on people who are interested in Work Group participation
• to use the capacity we have to survey through this grant to add 2 or 3 questins that specifically wil help move important issues in the community forward (ie questionsin Mercy Drive specifically related to deforestation and increased vehicular traffic associated with the industrial park development)
