Cases are Climbing in Orange County: Let's Talk About Monitoring Kits

Tonight on the call I will share information about all the new places where there are cases being reported. I am concerned that many people will be called and told they have been in close contact with someone who tested positive, and may not have what they need to monitor themselves. Also, if they show symptoms will they have what they need at home if they are told to self isolate?

Monitoring:

Thermometer

Pulse oximeter

Log to write symptoms down

Self care of COVID symptoms:

Cough syrup

Aspirin, ibuprofen, etc

Anti-diarrheal med
